For over fifteen years now, I’ve used fitness as fuel to develop myself as a better individual. While the health benefits and fit body are certainly a plus, what goes unnoticed are the increase in productivity in both one’s professional and social life. Through my fitness journey, I found I was significantly more likely to accomplish my goals for the day when I completed a high intensity workout the first thing in the morning, and I was soon hooked.
I used to hate to wake up during the week because getting up meant heading to work. But a good workout provides a sense of accomplishment which is something I can wake up for. Now for over a year, I’ve begun my mornings with a good sweat and have not lost a beat.
